Within your company account you can create rules based on transaction amount, description and type. This will allow you to automatically match a transaction to the correct customer, debtor, creditor or GL account.

We also support automatic transaction text replacements.

Assign as many people as you need. You can decide who is allowed to do what within the company's account. For example you manage the rules and bank accounts and your assistant or bookkeeper can process the transactions.

We have incorporated smart technology into EasyBankImport that recognizes previously imported transactions. This is very useful for banks that, for example, post transactions into your account on a Wednesday with Saturday's date.
